Sl No.01: Empanelment of Energy and Safety Auditors

Status: Open

Duragen Energy Pvt Ltd (DEPL) is interested for empanelment of BEE certified Energy Auditors and Qualified Safety Auditors on contractual basis for its clients in Power, Steel, Cement, Fertilizer, Mines, Chemical and other Manufacturing/Process/ Engineering Industries.

Eligibilty criteria:

The Auditor should be individual, proprietorship / partnership firms/ LLP/ Companies with BEE certification for Energy Auditors and Recognised qualifications for Safety Auditors. Experience in ISO 50001 and PAT for Energy Auditor and ISO 45001 for Safety Auditors will be preferable.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of Industry experience.

Terms & Conditions:

This will not be a permanent engagement and there will not be any fixed monthly remuneration to the Auditors. This empanelment will be for one year initially and extendable further with mutual consent. Audit fees will be mutually agreed and will remain fixed during the tenure. Sl No.02:Engagement of Sales representative/ Channel partners

Status: Close

Applications are invited from Resident Indians and Companies( Individuals, Proprietorship / Partnership firms/ LLPs/ Private and Public Limited Companies) for generation of leads for various Business verticals for the company on commission basis. The eligibility criteria for the same are mentioned below.

a) Individual / Proprietorship / Partnership firms/ LLPs:

Should have business in any of the related fields where Duragen Energy Pvt. Ltd. (DEPL) operates. The applicant must have valid Trade License, GSTIN, PAN, Firm registration, Proprietor ship/ Partnership deed/ LLP certificate etc.

However, any individual without having any Trade License, firm registration ,GSTIN may also apply to become a sales representative in individual capacity , but in such cases he/she will have to submit a CV depicting his Qualification, capabilities, experiences along with Aadhaar (masked), PAN and other credentials.

b) Companies: Both Private Ltd. and Public Ltd. companies

Should have business in any of the related fields where Duragen Energy Pvt. Ltd. (DEPL) operates. The applicant must have valid Certificate of Incorporation, Trade License, GSTIN , PAN, etc.

There is no specific format for expressing interest to become Sales Representative / channel partner of DEPL.Interested applicants are requested to send their mails with relevant documentary proof at: contact@duragenenergy.com

After receiving interest/ response through email, a meeting will be convened after verification of the documents for discussion on further details, like Scope, responsibilities, Commission structure etc. After that, signing of formal agreement shall be done as per the policy of DEPL.

Sl. No. 3 : Empanelment of OT Cyber Security Experts on Assignment Basis

(On Freelance Basis)

Status: Open

Applications are invited from interested candidates with requisite qualification and experience in OT cyber security domain as per the following details:

Experience:

2 – 5 years. (Candidate with higher experience may also apply). Retired person similar experience may also apply.

Qualification and experience:

  • Graduate Engineer from a reputed institute in India.
  • Work experience in PLC, DCS of reputed OEM and OT cyber security projects.
  • Experience in OT cyber security: Audit, Training, Risk Assessment, Asset Inventory,
    Networking, Endpoint Security, VAPT, etc. preferable.
  • Certification in ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 preferable.
  • Certificate of Google/Cisco/IBM Cyber Security Module is preferable.

Job Role:

The subject engagement will be based on projects which may be taken up by DEPL during the
period of empanelment.

  • The job scope shall be derived from the client Work Order (WO).
  • The compensation is negotiable based on project assignment.
  • Tenure of Empanelment: Initially for one year. This may be extended further after mutual
    agreement.

DEPL will enter into an agreement with the eligible candidates covering terms and tenure of
engagement.
